The Covid-19 pandemic has caused many tenants to rethink the nature of work, with various considerations creating tension and playing a role in decision making around offices and transportation. Earlier this year, we partnered with Newmark Knight Frank on a white paper to survey property managers at 300 commercial real estate properties around the country.
Our new infographic expresses the findings of the white paper. More importantly, it summarizes some of the key takeaways that property managers and owners can use to improve their tenant service and their competitiveness in the commercial real estate market.
