Over the history of Wells + Associates we have been blessed with many talented and strong women who have helped make us what we are today. Two of these extremely talented women, who have provided us with leadership, strength, dignity, pride, and numerous laughs over the years are Robin Antonucci and Nancy Randall. Although both are retired, they provide us with consulting service as we continue to rely on their talents, as needed. They continue to provide us access to their experiences and expertise and for that W+A is extremely grateful.
Robin Antonucci: Executive Vice President (ret.)
For over two decades, Robin Antonucci has developed traffic engineering, transportation planning, parking, land development, and community outreach solutions for private real estate developers and public sector clients for Wells + Associates. Her career – from transportation planner with the Fairfax County Government to Executive Vice President at Wells + Associates – has spanned the entire spectrum of the land development entitlement process, including peer review, transportation demand management, site assessments, and expert testimony before planning boards, elected officials, courts, and numerous citizen groups.
Along with many of her talents and while maintaining a vibrant practice, Robin was able to manage our Manassas office for over fifteen years. She has been mainly responsible for nurturing, training, and guiding many of the talented senior people that are currently managing and growing the Manassas office.
Nancy Randall, Principal Associate (ret.)
Nancy Randall (PTP, AICP) has served both public and private sector clients on a wide variety of transportation planning projects including mixed use developments, transit-oriented developments, and a wide range of residential, office, retail, and commercial properties. In her career, Nancy has strived to build consensus on transportation issues. She has conducted numerous meetings and design charrettes with local and state agencies, building industry leaders, and other groups. She is qualified as an expert witness in the field of transportation planning in both Federal District Court and Maryland Circuit Court and testifies on zoning and planning issues before numerous county- and city-level advisory boards and councils in Maryland.
For the first half of her career with W+A, Nancy headed up our very successful Annapolis office. In 2014, Nancy was gracious enough to relocate her Annapolis office to help us launch our Silver Spring, Maryland office. With her leadership and guidance, we have been able to establish a thriving practice in the Maryland/DC region. Nancy continues her excellent work for W+A as a consultant and maintains a vibrant practice with our staff as she plans her next travel adventure.
