In our 30th year of business, Wells + Associates recalls a couple memorable projects that our team worked on in the District of Columbia. The District of Columbia presents unique challenges when it comes to solving traffic engineering, transportation planning, and parking solutions with new developments. Projects involve numerous stakeholders, with cooperation and coordination key to success.
In this video, Jami Milanovich and Larry Sefcik recall our collaborative work on:
– The George Washington University/Foggy Bottom Campus Plan, featuring a vibrant mixed-use development and the transformation of an urban campus that was the result of collaboration between the University, surrounding neighborhoods, and a team of architects, engineers, and other specialists
– the National Law Enforcement Museum, a multiphase project involving the closure of city streets and the collaboration of numerous stakeholders
