Congratulations to Our Team Members for Well-Earned Staff Promotions: Linsey Burch, Griffin Kuhn, Brant McKinney, and Nate Selden

As we move deeper into 2025, we take pride in announcing staff promotions of a number of our key team members:  

  • Linsey Burch, an experienced manager of TDM and mobility programs, promoted to Senior Associate III 
  • Griffin Kuhn, a transportation planner with experience in multimodal analyses and office conversions, promoted to Associate II 
  • Brant McKinney, a transportation planner and traffic engineer focused on sustainable transportation, promoted to Associate II 
  • Nate Selden, EIT, a traffic engineer with experience in complex traffic studies for redevelopment and conversions, promoted to Associate II 

Linsey Burch

Linsey Burch Wells + Associates

Linsey has been an integral part of our Mobility Management and TDM team for over eight years, bringing passion, expertise, and a deep commitment to advancing ideas and engagement at the intersection of transportation and real estate. Her leadership extends beyond client projects—she plays a key role in shaping our culture, fostering internal connections, and giving back to our communities.  

Recognized as a 40 Under 40 award recipient by the Association of Commuter Transportation, Linsey has made a lasting impact on our industry and continues to drive innovation in the Tysons area with clients like MITRE, Tysons Corner Center, The Mather, and The Boro. She has a track record of delivering successful outcomes across many projects within the commercial and residential real estate sector, including properties that have earned recognition as Best Workplaces for Commuters and Best Sites for Commuters.

Griffin P. Kuhn

As a member of W+A’s traffic engineering team, Griffin has contributed at a high level on complex transportation studies for clients that include the multimodal analysis for the conversion of an office into 72 townhomes and 900 multifamily apartments in Fairfax County, VA, the management of transportation demand management (TDM) Peak Hour Trip Counts for 15 properties requiring monitoring across Fairfax County, VA, and the intersection analysis for the conversion of 2 office buildings into multifamily apartments in Gaithersburg, MD. – Patrick D. Brant T. McKinney

Brant  has played vital role on our traffic engineering team, working on a variety of corporate initiatives and development projects.  These activities include actively supporting our recruitment efforts by sharing what we do at university fairs and events as well as the evaluation of pedestrian and bicycle friendliness and “comfortability” for the conversion of a surface parking lot into multifamily apartments in downtown Bethesda, MD. – Michael J. Nathaniel L. Selden, EIT

Since Nate joined W+A’s traffic engineering team he has excelled in his work on complex traffic studies that include the development of 900 residential units in Harrisonburg, VA, the redevelopment of office to residential in Ballston, VA, multiple office to residential conversions in Washington, DC, as well monitoring transportation plans for a number of private schools in Washington, DC. – Jami L.
